In Weekly Address, Obama Presses Congress on Budget

In his weekly radio and Internet address on Saturday, Mr. Obama said he would spend the coming week pushing for the programs in his $3.6 trillion budget.

“As the House and the Senate take up this budget next week, the specific details and dollar amounts in this budget will undoubtedly change,” Mr. Obama said. “That’s a normal and healthy part of the process.”
